My 5 favorite quotes for staying motivated in isolation

Hello World πŸ’œ

Its safe to say that being in isolation can do a lot of damage towards your motivation and productivity mindset – from going from a very set work / life schedule to having very little or nothing at all for so many of us who have now become furlough from their workplace or even out of education. I’ll be honest, I do find it difficult to stay motivated and to even have a plan for the day when there is no clear set goal, at least when I was at work I had those set time frames and once 3 pm hit I was ready to head home and relax. Now? 5 out of 7 days roughly I’m normally in my pajamas with super greasy hair with food stains on my shirt because why have high standards of hygiene when you have nowhere to go? And with going into my third week of isolation, I definitely need to be motivated to do more compared to what I’m doing now – speaking of which as whilst I’m typing this post, I am sat on the arm chair, in my pajamas, greasy hair, pringle crumbs on my lap and probably ketchup on the side of my mouth as a result of earlier sausage and bacon sandwich. I’m a total catch! Am I right fellas?

For today’s blog I’m going to share with you some of my favorite motivation quotes in order to push me forward into a more human like schedule for the week ahead.

  1. β€œPeople are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don’t believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can’t find them, make them.”
