The 30 Day Mental Health Challenge

Hello World 💜

Welcome back to my Blog! We are now half way through the year and in honor of the 6th month of 2020 I’m going to be doing the 30 Day Challenge, of which I plan to challenge myself to do something new each day with regards to my own Mental Health. For someone who can struggle to open up or to even ask for help, I do believe that its even more important to work on myself as a stepping stone. So that the mistakes that I make can in some way help to educate others and to even do my own part in ending the stigma with regards to Boderline Personality Disorder and Mental Health as a whole.

So check out the challenge below, if you fancy taking part with me, let me know in the comments below 💜

  1. Try a deep breathing exercise
  2. Facetime a friend
  3. Plan a day trip for after lockdown
  4. Donate to the foodbank trolly at the supermarket
  5. Do 30 minutes of meditation
  6. Eat a healthy meal
  7. Do 30 minutes of yoga
  8. Ask for help
  9. Read a book
  10. Create a playlist of your favorite songs
  11. Walk the dog
  12. Have a spa day
  13. Build a puzzle

  18. Unfollow negative people on social media
  19. Turn off social media for the day

  1. These are stellar ideas my friend! I’m not sure what I’ll do daily aside from finding one thing that made that day a good day. I always say there is a silver lining and I try to utilize that mentality every day. Thanks for sharing and best of luck!

  2. This is a great list of things! I think I’ll have to give this challenge a try.
Good luck to you on completing it! I hope it has a positive effect.

  3. Great tips! I love the one about turning off social media for a day. There are times when I actually do this for days… It’s a great way to reset and reevaluate what’s truly important to you.

  4. This is an awesome way to motivate yourself every day. Plus its a great challenge for your mental health.
